I liked Queensryche in their hay day, but he's far to analytical just like back then. But I liked when he was quiet. He's become quite the bitter conspiracy theorist. After learning from your book and your research, I have understood how it's done but there is no defence that could be built against these covert technologies. These technologies just made killing people easier because they can't be detected or understood by a person with lesser education. These stalking, mind control and energy weapons aren't even understood by our governments so civilians stand a very low chance at defending themselves.
