I didn't watch Lost when it premiered, although I heard many friends and colleagues talk about it. Over a long holiday break I binge watched seasons 1-3 in preparation for the start of season 4. It was a great decision. I was able to talk about the series with others who had long forgotten things that had happened previously. Truly enjoyed the series after that.

Just finished watching Lost for the first time. Wow, what a experience and emotional rollercoaster! I have nothing bad to say about it tbh.. only hoped it'd been a bit longer lol

Welcome aboard! I was so happy to learn that it was available on Netflix so I could watch it again. When that show originally aired, it was by far the best network TV show I'd ever seen. Which season was your favorite?

@@Brad2325 well thank you! I have no favorite one though, it all felt like a extremely long movie hahah watched all seasons in a short time. Started to watch it indeed from Netflix out of curiosity and... there I was, binge watching

@october0000 Yeah, the pilot episode (which was actually the first two episodes back to back when it originally aired in 2004) is still one of the best TV pilots I've ever seen. Really pulls you in right from the jump. I thought they could have done a better job with the mysteries like the numbers and the smoke monster, but the individual characters were the real reason to keep watching. I thought the ending could have been better, but man, it was a hell of a ride getting there. 😎

@@Brad2325 yeah the pilot! I agree with the ending but what I've heard they had to rush it for whatever reason but I guess it is wholesome though after all. I was very fascinated with the numbers and the noises the monster made insted of roaring. Was a bit sad Locke got killed :D damn and was hoping so badly that they wont hurt Hurley

@october0000 Yeah, my favorite Hurley moment was probably when he ran over the two bad guys in his VW bus to save Sawyer and Juliet. I think that was in the Season 3 finale, the one where Charlie died in the underwater station. But yeah, the "mysteries of the island" were cool and compelling, but at some point I think you had to accept the fact that the writers didn't really have a clear direction for where they wanted to go with them. I mean, let's be honest, we didn't get good explanations for them (and sometimes we got no explanation at all). But that's okay, because the real reason to keep watching was the characters. They were all so good.

Re-watching now for the gazillionth time. Every once in a while, we've just got to go back to the island... Sawyer and Juliet meeting up again at the vending machine and recognizing each other... OMG - beyond romantic. There are so many Hurley moments too. Hard to choose.

Lost was the greatest television series ever made! It had EVERYTHING in the package. The flawless storytelling, suspense, best character growths, relationships, best actors...everything. This series changed my life significantly. My favorite characters were Juliet and Locke! And my favorite relationship was of course Juliet and Sawyer!

The best season for me is the second season where the Ben character appears The best sense is Juliet death and when she said “ it is worked” The best character for me absolutely Jack and Desmond because they are the kindest of them The most shocking sense for me is when saeed said “ we are not alone “ I fall in love with beny and Desmond love story and I believe it is the best written story of the series

Watched LOST and Queer as Folk during one of the lowest moments of my life and they both brought so much joy and insight during some dark times. Love videos like this! Man of Science vs Man of Faith still resonates with me!

Lost should had be finished in season 4. From there, there were a lot of dead ends that didn’t add anything up to the story. Anyway, it was a great show.

I’m the end, poor John Locke was nothing more than a dupe and a pawn for the man in black. Titus Welliver. The smoke monster. Evil incarnate. Poor John. He had so much faith in the island, but in the end, he was just a puppet. Th man n black literally inhabited his body after he “killed himself”(Ben) and he was manipulated into believing he had done important destiny. Poor Locke. Shoulda believed more in Science, a lil less in DESTINY.
