I recommended 16 oz gloves, especially for beginners. Beginners need more protection to prevent injury broski

3 week-in beginner. I’m quite enjoying seeing improvement, hitting faster and harder with the 16s.

This is bull, for the first year pretend that only 16oz gloves exist. Everyone watched dbz, everyone saw what Picolo did

no just do bareknuckle for technique practice and 16 oz to practice power n cardio n all that stuff and for sparring you need 16oz so whats the point in spending money on two pairs of gloves, if u want bag gloves still then get some cheap mma gloves

Use 18oz gloves and then 12oz, alternate. That’s how you become great.

I hope he's new to making videos and didn't realize there's about 160 inches left on the wrap. Also who does the knuckles first. Always been a wrist first kinda person

I also feel like you should learn wrestling as a boxer is because if you ever get into a street fight, it would be a good thing to learn so you know how to deal with your opponents on the ground

Not trying to be mean my dude but………. that statement in itself tells me you don’t have any or very little actual competition/fight experience. Hell if you’re just boxing for fitness this isn’t good advice

Use gloves filled with Helium.oh and Male sure Helium is in gas form not liquid form in the gloves.this will make you super fast.plus if you get fatigued you can make yourself laugh by inhaling the Helium.and make squeaky grunts while hitting the bag.

Also, don't hit the bag with 16oz gloves regularly and then use them to spar. You'll pound down the padding and it'll be like hitting your partner with a brick after awhile.
