Be careful, these are unscrupulous manufacturers and sellers! I bought their "device" on the official manufacturer's website. The brushes fell apart after a day. The seller on the website said that the brushes are not part of the device and they will not replace them. Instead of compensation, I received an offer to buy new brushes. Horrible!

1 hour trying to set it up…. Watched about 5 of these set up videos, read what I could find.. It would not connect with the 4 lights…. Tried it in 3 spots…. Had to restart my computer, and reset device (which was not clear it actually reset)….. too much aggravation … until I took a hammer to it on my work bench and felt it fly in a million pieces… What a scam.

This is a piece of junk. Do not buy. I repeat DO NOT BUY. I followed the instructions in this video and for a brief time the Extender light lit up, but now it never lights up, and yes I have tried to reboot it with the little tool it came with. Word to the wise "Never buy from a site that doesn't have a support tab." Lesson learned for me.

This is not a translator all this is is a two-way mic to your phone it works with a software program on your phone and if your phone doesn't have internet all it is is a brick like I said this is just a two-way microphone. That works go to Bluetooth totally useless without a phone because it is not a translator it is a two-way mic

This is the worst product on the market. Do not buy,

I ordered one and was sent 4 and charged for them. i opened one up and after charged for 6 hours, it ran for about 10 minutes and then would not keep a charge. Decided to send them all back for refund. To send back you have to send up postal ship to Lithuania, which cost more than the units are worth..Hope you have better luck, mine when to the dumpster after taking a hammer to them..

Be aware of Synoshi unethical business practices. I ordered one unit and they shipped 4 and charged me for 4. I saw a You tube ad, 50% off ) cost would be $30) when I ordered one unit, it prompted for all credit card details, then it takes you to 10 different screens to upsell products, I said no for any upselling, they ended up charging me $125 and said I ordered 4 units. Unlike other online stores, there is no order review opportunity. Immediately I told to cancel the order, customer service said its shipped I have to return. In order to return we should ship to Lithuania, (Which is costing me $75). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Unfortunately this device does not boost anything for me or improve speeds as claimed. I did a test with my normal 2G network on my phone and then with the 2G-PRO (extender). With normal Spectrum 2G network 44.8mbps download and 17mbps upload With Extender 13.5Mbps download and 8.61Mbps test was done within 30 seconds of each other. SECOND TEST 20 minutes later With normal Spectrum 2G network 36.5mbps download and 18.1mbps upload With Extender 13.3Mbps download and 10.5 Mbps. As you can see speeds are significantly slower with this device. I moved to the TV and played a video with 4K ultra quality and the 2G regular network was able to play it, however connected to the Extender the video would stop a few times to buffer. Garbage!
