Looks fun, though it doesn't seem to gain him any time over the others that were running the steps. I see him already hopping the 3rd step when his teammate (#24) is at the base of the steps. The teammate got to the top at the same time he did (so the running teammate #24 was faster thru the steps). He's already on the bike, and the teammate still has to remount, but remounting at pro level... it looks like a wash to me. No real advantage there at a much higher crash potential.
