One thing with KZbin is you should never start by spending your money without having the experience first.. You should try everything by yourself and then start building a team when everything goes up.. I'd hate spending 4k £ and then not even being able to make 4 $ off of it.

I just checked your channel (BB) and did analysis. 1. Yes, you need to increase the video count at least 1 video per day. 2. Your video quality is good, but the cost is not. If you have some space & time then grab some people, where you can achieve 3 videos per day production in the same $50. (Will have to do very hard work) 3. There are two ways first is creating your own content and growing slowly which is currently you are following. 2nd find some small creator who have just raised in 3 months. Make similar videos (not the same I mean the video running format should be the same) it can make your retunes in 1 months only (in some cases 10 days are enough). 4. My intro: I am not a guru, neither a student of any guru, I do not do any automation outsourcing, I run the KZbin video production factory and have 40+ monetized channels. I am present in all the niches except finance. Minimum I publish 65 videos per day 😊 and I keep track on web all the automation to trends almost everything.
