These robots are probably still just expensive toys. I don't think they can handle real household chores. The tasks shown in videos are just performances in pre-arranged environments. I bet a lot of humanoid robotics startups will be going bankrupt one after another a year from now.

Tesla bot is obviously the best worthiest option of all? it's the most affordable one (20-30k $) and is pretty advanced, but I wonder if the 20k$ version would be able in the end to prep food and clean the dishes, I guess not? it's probably something that the next version of it would be able to do.

Robots will do the work for 2.4 years, until it is discovered that humans are no longer needed. I guess we'll enter a new kind of 'society' where the elites hang out in their bunkers while robots run the world. Eventually all the humans will be located and um, processed. Enjoy the 'leisure' while you can.

I mean..... if you're going to try to sell us on the idea of robots maybe..... avoid using footage of them just spontaneously falling over? And obviously doing so frequently enough that there was someone already there to catch it? (As in they knew it was probably going to happen and planned for it?) I'm already sold on the idea by the way. Very much want a domestic version.

The 16000$ model is basically useless. Can't be programmed. What training it comes with out of the box is all you get.

All I’m interested in is universal basic income. I don’t know why most people have a problem with it? People are so obsessed with working that have lost all perspective there being more to life than work. This will be the most cataclysmic change ever experience by humanity, from working to not working to actually doing things out of love, curiosity, inspiration, and passion.

it must be built by someone. what do you mean with: "I am interested..." if you wait other people to build it for you so goodluck it is a nice idea anyway. Everyone shoudl have one robot working for them. And no one should be allowed to own more then one robot. What do you thin about this? Do you have any alternatives?

People complains about losing their jobs to Ai, but that's just temporary. They see this as negative but I see this as a positive opportunity, or should I say hope for universal basic income. Everyone is unhappy of being in the rat race and it will persist until Ai has perfected universal basic income.
