Where did you get the exhaust manifold that's dope external wastegate ftw plus the t3/4 flange makes it very adaptable to alot of turbos

SPA Top Mount. It's Twin Scroll too. They have 2 versions for wastegates. Vband or flange. 💪🏽

I’m going to pull my motor and can’t find good help when pulling the motor does the whole wire harless unplug from the car or do you have to unplug everything from the motor

What I did was disconnect the ECU and take the wiring harness out with the engine. I left all the sensors in the engine. I found that to be easiest.
