This is a typical Gen Z interview, not a Millenial one.

To overcome hatred and even gain a friend, efforts are required on both sides. And language is not a barrier for this. After watching this film, I involuntarily remembered a prophecy from the Bible about the time when people will stop fighting all over the earth: "He will render judgment among many peoples And set matters straight respecting mighty nations far away. They will beat their swords into plowshares And their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, Nor will they learn war anymore" (Micah 4:3)

This isn't Millennials at all, this is Gen Z. Every Millennial spent days in power point in school and uses Excel to take notes.

This is a Gen Z interview. They show up with torn jeans and dirty sneakers. They look half-awake and their hair is a mess.

I had a work colleague who regularly rolled into work at 10AM, took a 1/2 hour coffee break at 10:30AM, took a 1 hour lunch break at noon, took an afternoon 1/2 hour tea break at 3PM, and was out the door by 6PM sharp. She swore she worked an 8 hour day! Definitely a 6 hour workday. She’s a Gen-X slacker!! When she was on vacation, or out sick, I was required to cover her clients & contracts. When I was on vacation, or out sick, she was required to cover my clients & contracts. Nope - She was always “too busy, too tired”. When I gave my notice after working at this company for 5 years (I truly enjoyed my work, but I was just too exhausted to continue covering her a22), I gave my 2 weeks notice. My Director was furious at me, unloading a ton of vitriol on me. I actually just told her I’d received a better job offer, and didn’t even mention my slack colleague as my motivation to leave. I found out the following day that my colleague had not survived the PIP upper management had placed her on, and she was going to be out the door by the end of the month. ALL of her work would be placed on my shoulders!!! Oh, hell no! I hadn’t been made aware of the sh!t show coming my way. In my Director’s opinion, I’d gone from a stellar, high-performing employee to nothing but a whiner and a complainer. I was told my replacement would be sitting at my vacated desk within 6 weeks. It took her 9 months to hire 3 people to do my job - and that was after nearly 25% of my job had been transferred to a colleague in another department. No wonder why I was so tired. That slacker colleague of mine? Since I was leaving, and there would be nobody to do ANY of the work, she was actually retained.

Let me guess…none of the boomers have figured out that this video was created by a millennial for their target audience (boomers) to maximize engagement? Hope this millennial turned a nice profit off the lack of discernment from these boomers. Goddamn.

Man this kills me…I’m a millennial with 3 kids and I’m just trying to find a job in the tech field with actual skills and none of the jobs I’ve interviewed for start at 7:30-8am they all start around 10:30-11 until 6-7pm which I think for this girl would be ideal…but for a mom of 3 totally not. I would have been so excited to have that opportunity jeez

I’m surprised she didn’t tell him that she had “time blindness,” which means it’s difficult for her to get to places at specific times. These people are already working in the current White House administration, and that should scare each and every one of us!

If these kids had any fear of going hungry or REALLY homeless, AND nobody offered them a handout, their attitude would switch to desperation, a wonderful motivation, and they MIGHT excel, as long as it is a REAL job/career.

I went to a grocery store today. The young cashier was texting or whatever on her cell phone but did acknowledge that I wanted to pay for my groceries. I bet she went back to cell phone activities before I left the store. There is no business that should allow employees to keep their cell phones with them during their shift. When employees are on cell phones for whatever reason, they are not doing the job they were hired to do. We all are too tied up with these devices.

I once went to a job interview, and the first thing I was told was the position didn’t pay as much as I was looking for, so I got up to leave. The interviewer then called me back and proceeded to discuss how quickly I could be promoted to get the pay increased! Eventually he said we’d better do the interview now!! I was offered the job!!! I declined. True story.
