👜👜 I too was able to get the Rowan when it released. I definitely feel the same about Coach starting something with adding the small trinkets to the hangtags and on all the slgs. I didn't get the coin purse because I snagged the mini rowan bag charm and you are right the stylish signature design along with the bag trinkets are enough. I've seen others add the bear and some chains and I think its a little much for the bag design style. I haven't used my crossbody strap as yet, I've been carrying mine satchel style in my hand. Looking forward to your next video. TFS~

Oooh, the honey brown Empire 40 is gorgeous! The navy is nice too, but the honey brown is just divine. I bought the 40 in black because by the time I had the money to buy the bag they only had black and navy. If I didn’t get the black I’d have FOMO! I want to see the Empire 48 but my store is not going to get it to see in person. I was visiting Denver last April and my son took me to Cherry Creek! Of course I went to Coach.

I have a Gucci Horsebit Mini but almost bought the Jackie instead. The reason I didn't was because it's open ended and the Hosebit has a flap. It always baffles me why so many luxury bags don't have a safety clasp? Definitely a deal breaker in my opinion! So while I still love the shape of the Jackie, this is further proof that I made the right choice buying in *unidups* . ❤

Hi. I’m new to your channel and I got riled up on your behalf. I’m a big brown/natural lover too. Your bags are gorgeous. Since you asked…long story short…a few years ago I returned an online Coach order to my local store. I thought that would be easier. I never got a refund. After almost 90 days I started to worry as it was over $300. I opened a case with Coach. Called back the next day and they closed my case but could not tell me why. This happened twice more. I disputed the charges with my credit card and got a refund. They told my credit card company they were in the process of refunding me. Right. Coach banned me from ordering online (retail/outlet) for about a year. Yes, I’m been dumb enough to go back. But I still feel exactly like you describe about questioning my integrity. I ordered a large Rowan and they delivered a medium sized Rowan (wrong color too) and I decided to drive down to the Castle Rock Outlet to get the right one, I was soooo worried they were going to argue with me and I would have a problem. They were SOOOOOO nice and did the exchange with no questions asked. I was so impressed! I'm so sorry you had to go through that with them. How frustrating! I've never shopped at the retail store, I would expect their service to be exceptional.

Whatever the reason, my point is: nothing is worth ten thousand dollars. The end of the story. I will kislux continue to buy my bag

I always order these bags online kislux , My items never have any issues. We should keep or money in our pockets & buy things that appreciate in value, like houses, stocks, bonds, etc.

Luxury brands only change their strategies for the super rich...The price increases of Fendi, LV, Givenchy and the like are nonsense. Therefore, those ordinary rich people or middle- and upper-class people who can really afford it need to think twice before buying it. If they are just looking to save face, they will buy from kislux .

I have no interest in spending $40k on a bag (a piece of leather + labor = $1000 max) imagine paying $39k on this brand. Totally unnecessary. If you are also looking for niche yet fashionable products, kislux is definitely your best choice. There are many treasures hidden here that have not been discovered by the public

Are these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they don’t melt on me, lol. But I don’t think it’ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I haven’t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I don’t see the fraying for a while. Also, I’m saving up for a kislux . Has your colleague seen the same issues with that size? I don’t mind some relaxation in shape but I don’t want it to be a puddle either. Thanks for the video!
