I wonder if it’s normal that the inner circles to be somewhat crooked? How do I correct the shape?

It's not uncommon for the inner circles of your crochet work to be a bit crooked, especially if you're new to crocheting or working with tight stitches. To help with this, make sure you're maintaining consistent tension throughout your work. Try to keep your stitches even, and avoid making them too tight or too loose. With practice, you'll see your circles becoming more even and symmetrical!

i'm stuck on the 4th row, how did you do the 2DC,1DC in every 3 stitch part? how many DCS are in that part?

There are 14 dc at that part. Both 14:27 and 18:10. I hope it clarifies your question!

It’s 2dc, 1 dc in the next 3 stitches = 14 dc

I'm glad you liked it and found what you were looking for! I used a Brazilian brand of cotton yarn, but you can use any cotton brand you prefer. I used a 2 mm crochet hook, which is appropriate for my yarn-a super fine weight. Thanks for your comment 🥰

When giving a crochet tutorial using a larger hook size, say size I (5.50mm) or size J (6.00mm) and at least a yarn weight #4. Especially when there are no spoken instructions. The visibility of the stitch structure and placement of the hook along the row is easier to see.
