Pro tip when you spread the steering shaft extension leave two stubby screw drivers in until you get where you want it then remove the screw drivers and tighten the bolts.then you can plastic dip it black to blend in if you choose to or not.

Doesn't the black grease go on the outside boot? I think that's what I retained from other vids.
@infiniteprojects808Ай бұрын
i believe you want the grease in the bearing side. "The metal side" if you put the grease in the boot, then your not lubricating the tri-bearing and your likely to have your grease fly out. if the grease is only in the boot, then your going to have dry bearings resulting in catastrophic failure.
@KissmyBasssАй бұрын
@infiniteprojects808 I meant grease colors, light goes to inside and black goes to outside (wheel side)
@infiniteprojects808Ай бұрын
@@KissmyBasss my bad bro. to be honest, I have no idea. I tried calling several companies, some say it matters some say not. I would need to do a lab analysis to find out the true potentials or benefits of either. there no information on chemical compounds or additives or viscosity data.

You need a total chaos leaf under pack with airbags… you can raise and lower the back at will. Need onboard compressor for. Then you got total control on your lift. Nice ride. I gotta 09 dbl cab with over 100 grand in now. You’re correct about doing it right the first time. Expensive, but it’s worth it.

Ho brah just noticed this from hawaii half way into the vid seeing the license plate LOL, AARON is such one cherry guy he got my kei truck all in working order and delivered. Will also be ordering a GTT through him too. Was wondering what the price you got em for? I saw a couple stock bayside blues for 23k but that's not including shipping and import papers etc...
@infiniteprojects808Ай бұрын
as for the GTT's, you pay for what you get. all the good cars were bought up 10 years ago. the clean ones now go for 40-60K. be careful as theres a lot of shaddy deals in Japan now. people from other countries are doing business there and ripping of guys left and right. if you want to know more, email me and we can talk. 🤙

Very cool mod. Question: when you turn on your blinker, shouldn't the side marker lights blink as well?
@infiniteprojects8083 ай бұрын
negative, the side corner marker is just a running light. Im sealing the power from the corner marker to power the white light in the bumper, then the switch back breaks the power and the bumper light will flash as a turn signal, then return to white when its done flashing. let me know if you have other questions. email me.
