@@maris1803 great observation Maris. That’s why we do a 2-week follow up to improve this. She had Botox on her frown muscles prior to this, and during that time we were preventing her eyebrows and upper eyelids to droop because she already had droopy eyelids. The good thing about this procedure is that it can be easily corrected by adding Botox above that high-arched brow to relax that strong lateral frontalis muscles. And now it was corrected.

@@mirandasworld different filler brands have different rheological properties. Belotero has cohesive polydensified matrix, giving homogeneous integration within the soft tissue layers . There are many dermal filler brands with excellent technology and premium quality as well. I also use juvederm, restylane, teosyal, art filler. Depending on treatment indications and patient preferences, i can tailor fit and customize my treatment for every client. Thanks much for your input.

Hi Dr, you are very expert in explanation and procedure. Do you use Ellanse for forehead too? Is Radiesse better than Ellanse? How much did you use for this beautiful customer? What if Radiesse causes VO? Wouldn't it be very scary cos it cannot be dissolved? Thanks.

@@Dandelion_flight we don’t have ellanse in Phils. No distributor yet in our region. Diluted or undiluted Radiesse for forehead is effective in restoring volume in the area and also acts as collagen biostimulator . To avoid complications, Knowledge of vascular anatomy is so significant, and placing it in the safe anatomical plane will prevent such complication. In addition , we can use ultrasound imaging now to visualize the vessels. And keeping the Radiesse volume at an adequate volume , plus using cannula , and right technique are all essential in achieving an optimal outcome. Appreciate your kind input :) regards
