I used to watch this other youtuber (forgot his name unfortunately) but he sweats so much he has to have 3 shirts for the gym because he sweats so much and has to constantly change. It's nothing to be ashamed about at all! It just shows how much work you put in and you should be proud of it! You're at the gym, you're supposed to sweat!

Thank you. Recently got laughed at by the whole varsity volleyball team in public. We were in a game and I sat down, so when I got up there was sweat on the chair. This video makes me confident and reassured that sweating a lot is okay. ❤️
@SpenFitness9 сағат бұрын
Oh nooo I’m so sorry that happened to you!!! If it makes you feel better anytime I sit down in the gym there’s ALWAYS a sweat patch where I used to be and when I played volleyball in high school I used to have the same thing when I got up from the chairs!!! 💕

Nooo don't worry my face also gets super red! There's a wall in my gym that is this pink/red colour and whenever I film in front of it my face literally blends in to the wall that's how red it gets!!! Like sweating, this is also super normal - it's just your body trying to expel heat which means its working as it should do! <3

So all i have to do is eat a lot of protein and do glute focused work outs for a year? Or should i switch it up with the work outs?
@SpenFitness10 күн бұрын
Hey!!! Really great question - in order to build your glutes (or any muscle) you'll need to be focusing on both protein intake as well as training with progressive overload. Progressive overload is making the muscle work harder/differently each session. So what I would recommend is working in training blocks. Each block can last for about 4-6 weeks and you'll do the same exercises each week, ideally increasing the weights you're using as you go through the 4 weeks. Then, you'd change up the exercises you're doing. This will help make sure your muscles don't get too used to the exercises they're doing. Also remember progressive overload can be done in many different ways: - increasing the weight - increasing the reps - changing the tempo - decreasing the rest time - and a few more! If you want some more advice or have any questions about this feel free to drop me a message on Instagram, I'm more than happy to give you some suggestions on exercises as well :) (my Instagram is @spen_fitness)
