This is a magnificent property. Considering the limited shoreline, everything is nicely integrated. The buildings, trees, pickleball court etc. The interior feels like cottage with modern luxury comforts. I commend whoever designed this. My only criticism would be the lack of hand rails on the steps going down to the dock. Some of us older buyers would appreciate this.

I love this idea of living by the water and hoping onto the boat or jet ski. I have been looking for a large home and they are awesome but your neighbours are far away. With these types of waterfront property you have community and friends close by and close to shops etc. That beats any mansion anywhere.
