Respect for this surgeon, but not agree with his treatment of choice in this specific case, too much metal in a young man ( 22) and two osteotomies ( further destroying the biology) , with posterior later approach fixing the fractured fragments + bone graft for the depression.. would be a better choice .. syndesmosis tight rope ( button hole ) etc better option for tibio fibular syndesmosis.. by the way I am not criticizing the surgeon , I am just sharing different idea of treatment. Respect for the doctor 🧑‍⚕️, Its easy to comment but during surgery taking decisions is really hard,
