What really bothers me is that every time people like Zaid criticize and hate this live-action remake of The Little Mermaid, they're always accused of being "racist" because they don't like how Disney just randomly decided to race-swap Ariel to pander to black people. I hate this movie for being a rehash of the original. We never asked Disney to race-swap Ariel. Race-swapping is kinda racist if you ask me because you're just changing the race and skin color of a character who was originally white or black or whatever. The people who hate this movie weren't racist, and yet Disney and the SJWs like to accuse the critics and haters of being racist. You know what Disney should've DONE INSTEAD? Like have to re-release each of their classic animated movies in theatres, kinda like how Sony made the decision of re-releasing each of their Spider-Man movies in theatres, something which i didn't do like go out and watch each of those films. Yeah, had Disney really made that kind of decision, it would've like help save them a lot of moneys by re-releasing each of their classic animated movies for their 100th year celebration, like; Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Tarzan, The Little Mermaid, Treasure Planet, The Princess and the Frog, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Winnie the Pooh, The Jungle Book, etc., etc., like for both old and new fans alike.
