ahh, a newbie!! lol. Like some help? No, the Builders and Haulers Huts do not need power. I believe that when you go to unlock an item, if it requires power then it will state it in the upper right corner of the popup box. And state how much. Your windmills can all be linked together and that way they will share the power. I think that adding water storage across the map will help with any thirst issues. They have to travel too far to get to the water sometimes, if it's all in one location.

and the industrial buildings or should i say all buildings which need power are sharing it also to connected buildings as well.
