The reason why Guardian had PTSD flashbacks is that 1) he saw very terrible things and 2) he litteraly raised them until other Teletubbies got them into main land meaning that he was a young father figure for them. 3) since he also was close to Laa laa shadow tubby May transferred to him since Laa laa was now infected and then got killed by Guardian since he didn't wanted her to suffer more.

I honestly find this both ridiculous and amazing that a horror game about teletubbies mutating into horrifying creatures turns into an first person survival shooter, it essentailly goes from Slenderman to Killing Floor
