The best player on the field should be the captain and he should lead by examples. AB haves the blessings of have too many good players and the leaders are so hopeless. AB are playing old faction rugby, no brainer trying to outmuscle the game from the other end, there are ways to get easy yards. The world are full of good kickers now, if you make mistakes on the wrong end, you accumulate points for the other team. All the northern atmosphere teams and the Pumas have good kicking field position games. Carter ALWAYs have good kicking games... and AB lost last world cup due to Mo'unga lack of vision to put AB to the right end of the field. There are 20 20's now and they are super easy yards without burning energies. Too much politics and the old boys club are the in the way.
