Id rather have the land stay as is. I’m so sick of real estate agents ruining the little land we have left. I moved back here from NYC for a reason, and it’s frankly disgusting how developed this area is getting. Please build your businesses in the cities and suburbs and get the heck off our country land. Good luck on the sell of your place. We sild our farm in Canastota in 2018 (just in time, before the virus) and found a great new farm here in south central KY! Enjoy your next venture.
