As someone who didn’t have the chance to play as a kid and doesn’t have time for too many drills, I find this set of exercises so very valuable. The drills cover different skill categories, providing a solid base for everything I’ll encounter in matches. As a player in Sunday leagues, this is the best “just do this” video I’ve come across.
