Good to know over a little time it seals better. First night installed, it rained, not a hard rain, and it leaked. It hasn't rained in the 8 days installed. Waiting for Thursday's rain to see how it goes.

Some water intrusion is expected but if you have excessive leaking please reach out to to our team. It can often be caused by an alignment issue and slight adjustments can make a big difference!

My HDx has a key lock, so that version does not have the locking rods.

The Limited HDx is available on select models and utilizes dual lock rods. If you have a key lock you have the Limited HD model

What I got out of the video is that the foot or so behind the cab can't be used for storage because the cover folds down into that space. Happens to be the same space I am using to install a winch right now.

We designed the Peragon cover to maintain your access to your entire bed with no mounted canister and our patented quick-release design. With no permanently mounted canister eating up bed space you do have to clear the space needed for the cover to fold. You can use an adjustable cargo bar to prevent load shift into the space needed to retract when you don't need to use it. Pro-tip, place the cargo bar at the bottom of the ramps. Shorter items can slide underneath but you still block off the space needed to retract. When you do need to use the whole bed a simple cargo hook works great for moving items in and out of that space that would normally be taken up by a mounted canister. Here's more detail on the exact space needed to retract: support.peragon.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047699674-How-Much-Space-is-Needed-for-the-Cover-to-Retract

How am I supposed to figure out how it works? Too many jump cuts to focus on the cover in the video. What are you hiding?

You lose 2 feet of cargo space that’s the bed height

You're not wrong. The beauty of quick release is that you get the best of both worlds. Access to the full bed with out having to completely uninstall.

I've had a Paragon cover on my Ridgeline for more than a year now. It still looks new through repeated foldings and snow removal in our harsh Canadian winter (2nd winter for this cover). I get comments every time I take the truck into the dealer for an oil change: "Nice cover! Where did you get it?". I probably should be asking Peragon for commission or something. It took me about 4 hours to put the cover on by myself, but I intentionally took my time and had to make several adjustments, most of which were caused by me. My only critique (and maybe I'll fire up the 3D printer and come up with something myself) is I would like to see an optional tie or bracket that keeps the cover sections together in the open position. Yeah I know you could use the strap but something more easily useful would be a nice addition.

Thank you for sharing @chrossphyre we will pass that idea along to our development team!
