This hull performs. I have a delta 188 with a 150 and it absolutely jumps onto plane and cruises easy at 21-22 at 3000-3200 rpm. Runs 34 at 4000 Rpm. No spray at all.

was that self etching primer or epoxy primer? I need to make some spot repairs on filled screw holes. on a painted aluminuim boat, but not sure what primer to use. I read your not supposed to use self etching over existing paint. Can you help please.

I have a 2020 StarCraft CX 23E and the Bimni Top latches on the front are not good. If you are hitting tide at higher speeds the J hooks in the front can pop off. There is no securing boot, disappointing.

The quick releases on the short trailering/storage pole are too hard to release. They dont release easy like the rest of them. I felt like I almost broke my wrist trying to slap them undone, and one of them already broke the nipple off 3rd time out on the lake. Those need a redesign.

Who makes the bow rod holder and where can I get one? I contacted my local Starweld dealer and they are not familiar with any type of 8-rod holder that plugs into the front seat base that is not aftermarket.

This is a nice set up for inland lakes, rivers, reservoirs and the Great Lakes. The Starweld 1800 DC PRO.

Tremendous running boat with a 150 HP outboard. Very smooth and fast. This boat can handle some big water as well.
