I wish I could find a recording of this quality with the same pleasant voices chanting with the addition of a little rolmo dungchen and gyaling but that would be a rare gem to stumble upon

Tashi delek I am from assam northeast india i belong to a hindu family, but 10 years ago I took loong under my guru lama sonam who passed away 5 years ago, I know practice vajrayana buddhism, l wanted to know one thing that i practice mostly guru rinpoche, dorjee gotrab, and dolma daily with meditation and chanting but sometimes in my sadhana i got disturbed by I don't know but some maybe energies or may be my mind, some things come and try to scare me in my dreams, I don't give much interest in this but sometimes I think why this happens to me?
