Ive been listening to u guys since i was in highschool. So many of your songs spoke to my soul. I am a proud fan of the black veil brides and luckily my husband understands that about me. The song bleeders spoke to so many things and i even played it for the residents i work with. I work at a mental health residential for kids 10-18 yrs old. I have always had the 'I'll show you' additude since i was young .

When I was like 14 I saw this and it started my alternative journey. NEVER before this was I into this kinda stuff I think I listened to a couple sleeping with sirens songs but this really was just straight out the gate my first “emo phase” song

So since 2 people and I didn't even notice they said anything; to the young emos, the audio at the beginning is based off the Memphis state case against boys who dressed a gothic style and were falsely accused of murdering three boys. Its because they dressed differently. And painted their finger nails black. One of them in 1994 wa death penalty. Years later it was found out they were completely innocent.
