is the "CTO Club" mentioned in 3:02 something local or do they have an Internet Presence?

I am very happy to see and hear from Johan and that he's doing well. And that he is still sharing very beautiful concepts in this session (wisdom that any manager should understand!!). I daily try to keep my most Agile mindset running and to uphold the Agile culture at Cegeka. Although we don't have Johan anymore on board we all thrive on the culture we have together, on which Johan can state he set the corner stones and has build on for many years. For this, thank you Johan. Often I wonder, nobody is asking me to run a Software Factory visit with customers - and then I think "oh yeah, Johan used to do that :-).

Very recognizable 😄 I think a couple of obvious ones there: 1. Make sure there is an agenda, facilitator and format and everybody knows those in advance (including the facilitator). I think it is up to the organizer to make sure of that (put this in the invite). 2. Try to make it on time, and if people are late, they are free to join, but avoid giving a recap for everyone who does. A less easy one to tackle: People who are colocated need to be aware of those calling in, out of sight, is out of mind. And it doesn't help when the camera's are off. So mandatory camera's (unless there is a good reason no to) I do agree with good equipment. Trying to follow a meeting with bad image and sound quality can be very stressful. But don't let good enough be the enemy of perfect there.

Slight counterpoint on always having the camera on. When working from home, we are often limited on the monthly bandwith cap. But I agree, having the (decent) camera on really helps building connections and trust.
