If it anything like the showroom by Pontefract then it will be a great experience. Their kitchen design tool is great and makes the complete self design, purchase and installation simple. Prices are great too!!

Hi again.. I have the samples of Norton and Linwood, I'm really confused why the Linwood has real wood pattern(& big 1s) through it, but the Norton has just fine lines really close together everywhere.I had to double check it was actual wood and not fake. I looked at real customer kitchens and in some Norton kitchens, had the same wood big patterns as the Linwood. Then I came back to this video to see if I have missed anything, but as far as can tell they are both the same wood.. I really like to see the wood shapes and concerned if I purchased Norton , that it will just be thin fine lines everywhere like the sample door. Please can you advise thank you

Can the kitchen be delivered flat pack? I have read about dry fit but not sure if it is delivered flat pack or pre-built just not glued?

Hi, the units are supplied fully built. The only other option is to have them dry assembled, without any glue in the joints, so that the units can be taken apart and modified.

Hi, Mussel is a lighter shade than Dakar. This really is down to personal preferences though and how bright the lighting is in the room.

Hi does the Bramley shaker have 2 or 3 panels(squares) in the broom and larder cupboards please! As on the website it shows 3 panels but notice(unless I'm not looking right) that the tall cupboards has 2 panels. (Really want 2 but 1 full door on each if this is possible) thank you

Hi, all the full height doors come with the 3 panels. If it is a split door like a 70/30 fridge freezer, then there is 1 panel on each door.

Oh! 😕 Can I ask how it's 2 panels on all tall doors in this video please, as the pull out looks like it's 1 door. How can I get the the 40 cm wide tall broom cupboard and the 30cm tall broom cupboard, doors that just have 2 panels like normal shaker doors please. Thank you very much

Hi, the pullout will have 2 doors, 2 match the lines of the units next to it. These doors will be connected at the back, to open as one. Split doors have the 1 center panel on each door. Full doors have the 3 panels in the Bramley style. - www.diy-kitchens.com/kitchen-units/tall/pull-out-larder/

Are all the squares in the middle of the doors the same size, regardless which you choose?

Hi, the rails & stiles at the tops and sides of our shaker doors are all the same size, the centre piece is what expands and contracts, depending on the width of door that you choose. Our Bramley kitchen, known as a skinny shaker, has thinner rails and stiles and the section in the centre will look bigger on all Bramley door styles.

Thank you so much for the fast helpful response, that's exactly what I needed to know and help with.. I was struggling between them& wanted bigger middle bit, as the cupboards choosing are tall and 1 is 30cm and the other 40cm wide . I didn't want the slit look.I will take a look now at the Bramley you have suggested x

Hi, the orders were checked and the correct colours have been used. Strong light sources can make colours look different in images.

This is very frustrating. There's no way to create an 800mm Butlers pantry. Have you sold out of all the double dresser units?

Beautiful- just looking at ordering a kitchen from DIY Kitchens for a newly purchased 1920s 4 bedroom semi that I've knock through back lounge into the breakfast room into a small kitchen to give me an eat in kitchen /diner/lounge without an extension as I have a very tight budget- although my main part of the budget is going on 2 sets of Crittall aluminium doors(one internal and one external). Don't want grey or blue , considering a black and oak mixed kitchen or neutral colour (but not cream)- struggling with a decision! I see you have a critical panel in this space too!

Does the dresser unit have to sit on top of a worktop? Can it sit directly on top of a base unit and have some worktop fitted inside?

Hi, customers take an off cut of end panel or cornice etc and get it colour matched at a local hardware store.

I have tried 3 times to match paint. I can’t get a match, I have even started buying the eggshell paint as sample pots are too matt.
