Suggestion: Video of the comparative movement of each thickness would be helpful to add.. Sound is one thing but the ability to spot the movement of a hit gong is also critical for good scoring.

I want to try a set of 1/8" gongs. Thinner is louder IMHO. I think I saw where Shooting Targets 7 was going to have some 1/8" gongs.

That lever was the magazine cutoff. Back before the turn of the century the Big Brains in the U.S. military thought if you gave the soldier a "repeating" firearm they'd just waste ammo so the program was load your rifle magazine and shut it off for reserve. Shoot single-shot until the $#!+ hit the fan, THEN unlock the magazine for "rapid fire" capabilities. The Krag action is purported to be the smoothest military action around.

NOT an open bolt at all. Barrel and receiver are *locked* when it fires.

All guns have the bolt closed on firing, but the firing sequence begins from an open bolt with this shotgun, much like many machine guns.

What a painful piece of junk. The Cobray Terminator is a shotgun that is more dangerous to the operator than it is for the intended target if it fires at all.

The barrel moves and hits back of the receiver. Thats why it looks like that.
