@@eropi__1641try something from here for a contact mic… www.peterman.shop/collections/acoustic-pickups Effect wise, it’s all coming from Ableton live. I’m running the contact mic through an effects chain o the channel :) hope this helps

This is a Direct to Bad Gear device if I ever saw one. The only advantage to the cramped interface is that it's super-portable, but you still need the app to manage samples (which you can't even name/browse on that awful 4-digit display). So that makes it a lot less portable than using a real 404 or just putting Koala on your phone. But I appreciate that it has those 16 step buttons! Maybe it has a TR-style sequencer that's less clunky than the pattern mode on the SP-404MK2? The layout looks like a tiny Model:Samples, but I'd be very surprised if there's actually a good sequencer on the thing. But if there is... I take all this back and I'm definitely buying one. 😂

Real-time nudge, granular sampling, on-board mic...there are three reasons. Better portability and variable sample rate...theres two more. Also, $300 is not a "Tiny bit more"

@@koncreteto2758 Thats over double the price and WAY bigger. I want a tiny little groovebox that I can fit in a sling bag. I want to bring a mini sampler on a hike and start an idea on top of a mountain. This is perfect for that.

Serial number on the back shows it is the 93d unit off the production line. So it is very likely they sent it for review.

u done beautiful job with presenting fun of this machine, its really inspiring to sample like that in good quality and mess with good onboard effects. i feel like its more incredible machine than ko2, only with not so much sample slots and in less attractive look (im planning to buy it in future after selling ko2 and make custom design on top:))
