Great presentation!!! I live in Roswell and you hit all of the major points. I love Canton Street especially when we have Thursday “Alive”, which is a Big Street Party once a month in the summer. Thank You for the information on Kennesaw.

I was in Marietta a lot in 2023. I love it, it's very ethnically diverse, lots of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and attractions. And, it's definitely affordable.

Thank you for the insight, I like that it is a small town with big city amenities, you mentioned traffic, I'd take that Barrett Pky traffic over the I95 S Fl traffic any day... looking forward to relocating to Ga., I am doing my research to different towns, Kennesaw is one that is on the list amongst others.

Is it normal for neighbors to come by and ring the doorbell introducing themselves? My sister lives in NC and she said her did that when she moved in. Just wondering because I live up North right now (moving to Cobb County this summer) and that definitely is not a thing here unfortunately.

I'd say it really depends on your neighborhood...but it's more probable than not ;-) or you just may get waved down on your way to check your mail. The southern hospitality is a real thing down here...I'm originally from up north too, but it I love it here.

I think he's all for wealth. Plus if he shorts the market, the rates will go up and the monthly will be higher. Get in NOW before what you think will happen, happens, then YOU win.

@@livingineastcobb I live in Villa Rica brought my home during the pandemic started @ interest rate of 3.32 kept refinancing down to 2.79 which is what im paying now but the catch now is paying high property taxes due to carroll county re assessment every 6 months so you really don't win
