This was lovely Laura & I kept my eyes opened at one point to take in the beautiful scenery of this beach. I will definately be doing it again. It looks like a good one to help me with my visualization.💙💚💙

I did it again today after overhearing some of the debate (I would not have had it on at all if not for my husband 🤣). I felt much better after doing this meditation. I love ending it with watching the beach scene. Thank you again. Love and Gratitude to you as well.

Thank you so very much for your energy and guidance with bringing balance to somethings that I have been regulating but unable to find resolution. You helped me dance with the duality of emotions of gratitude and emotional pain. Tears flowed. I love that I learned that it’s ok that both anger and love, acceptance and disappointment, abandonment and freedom can coexist. I now let them all dance together and it’s been incredibly releasing.
