Presentation kuda bagundalamma. Bendakayi antha chitikipoyindhi. The ingredients are suggesting that you are trying to make something like a Bendakayi kurma, but the technique needs some changes. Try this. First talimpu was fine. Then make a paste of curd+roasted coconut+roast groundnuts. Paste should be semi-thick. Put this paste into the talimpu, add chilli powder, turmeric, corriander powder and fry for 10 minutes constantly mixing so it does not stick. Add some water if it sticking. After this, add bendakayi pieces and cook on medium flame for 20 mins or until cooked. Let me know how it goes.
