Quite a stretch on some of those. How many songs use the same chord structures? Give me a break

I do Suspect that David Bowie and Garry Glitter are the same guy as I often get the two confused whenever KZbin auto plays a documentary on either, just think if David Bowie was known for that Puppets riff instead of walk on the wild side.

Another Dirty trick secret of the music biz is to hire people to look for the best material from lesser known or even well established bNds for the bigger money making bands to cop to make sure they keep making money. The art is the art of deception. Cutthroat smoke and mirrors. . Many and most of These major act bands also have management teams that also provide these predominantly talented players but talentless songwriters with everything from song titles to lyrics to riffs and even uncredited session pro players and album concepts. Think of it as an iceberg corporation...where the band are just the visible part and the ideas and success comes from everything underneath. Dark truth is...Theres just too much money involved to take the chance and let these not so creative or original players actually write and compose their own material. Its been an inside practice from day one.

NICE. Great lesson mate!! Just what I needed as I've only been trying to learn guitar since November now but feel like it's time to start trying to put stuff together. No matter how bad I might sound. Haha!!

Really great video, the only one I've found that does an A/B sound comparison. 😊 I've just A/B'ed SPDIF and analogue using an FM9 and a Focusrite 18i8 and found that yes, SPDIF is clearer especially on the top end, probably why it's not so obvious in this test perhaps. I felt the clarity on digital, when using high gain, was perhaps a bit too much. It's like you need it expect a little less clarity for it to sound natural. Probably because that's what we're used to hearing. I can hear *everything* especially in the high mid upwards. Where the real benefit is, for me, is in the ramping and DI recording. Thanks for the great video!

Great video man I really enjoyed it! Another tip for aspiring song writers. For a bridge section: if you were playing minor chords you can change to major visa versa. This will help contrast when falling back into the chorus ❤

Any argument about who is The Best or who sucks, yadda yadda, is about pointless. I'm not a huge fan of classical music, but some people are. I HATE opera, but many people love it. I think modern country is terrible. But these are simply my opinions, and just as you have the right to your opinion, Glenn has a right to his and he's not afraid to express it. The thing about Glenn is, he's figure out a way to gain followers with his personality. If he wasn't loud and judgmental and hilarious to watch, I don't think he'd have a half a million followers, and just like you, he's learned that to get views, you need some way to grab people's attention. The fact that a lot of music channels drop Glenn's name to get people to pay attention to their content is pretty telling. I did one video where I was very critical of PRS's new tuner design and that video out performed every video I created in the past two years. Also, every generation thinks their music is the best and every generation's music that comes after is inferior.

Yep, so long short; Avenged Sevenfold are unoriginal Metallica wannabes. Hell, I even despise the people who think Avenged Sevenfold are a real metal band. They're not. Are you people stupid and deaf?! What about Avenged Sevenfold is metal in any way?

I feel like with most of these, Metallica just did their own spin on common motifs. Some of these were clear homages (like the David Bowie melody). But Metallica spiced it up.

Why does the transition between welcome home and rainbow Warrior sound almost so smooth? I mean if you think about it that sanitarium riff sort of represents the guilt and dread that you feel whenever you feel like you failed that Something let's say saving the world before it was too late. You already defeated the Villain For good, but the world is destroyed and crumbled, and some of your friends used to be in this world, Are now dead and you're thinking that Nobody's gonna ever forgive you and that they'll Kill you for being too late and no second chanes or whatever. But the rainbow Warrior part actually gives off a little bit of calming vibes and a bit of reasurance that, All is forgiven and that the survivors can help you fix the world.
