It bypasses the benefits of working in the soil which turns on your happy hormones. Who knows what’s in the water that’s being cycled??

Soo not sustainable or regenerative. Are we just so in need of fantastic fads that waste resources? It’s not only the farm that gets transferred it’s all the water and fuel. What?? Don’t waste your dollars- support your local regenerative farmers at your farmers market! ❤🎉

That milk you’re using has been pasteurized. Meaning it’s dead.
@TheFarmacy4 ай бұрын
Actually, we made that with raw milk. Our local raw milk farmer uses plastic bottles because size he is a one man operation and cannot handle the washing of glass jars on his own.

Thank you for talking about the realities of big dairy as opposed to small family operations! We milk goats and the raw milk is amazing in flavor and healthy nutrition. Nothing like it and we need to educated people to request changes to the laws for the small provider. The laws now are prohibitive. Farm stores and farmers markets should have access.

Wouldn't touch this raw milk with 10 ft pole. Extremely clean raw milk has 5,000 bacteria/milliliter, god know what this milk is. Hope he has good insurance when he gets sued when people get sick.

unusual comment - considering billions of people have been drinking raw products for centuries before pasteurization was discovered or refrigeration was invented

12:18 This is totally not true !! Alcohol by products are some of the best feeds available !!! Next to grass ! This guy is painting a bleak picture of a dairy farmer. I agree with parts of it but others is totally no true ! At 9:00 is totally false ! Every farmers milk is tested for dirt. Myself.... I had a check done on my own milk from the tank. I got a small pad back from the creamery... it had a " fly " glued to it. It came from my tank yes......but only after the milk hauler opened the tank to take a sample of the milk ! No sand would ever end up in a truck load of milk.....or it would be rejected on the spot !

Sauerkraut does not require a starter, i make 3 qts a month. neither does Kombucha, it takes longer to ferment the 1st batch but you dont need a starter.

Im a dairy farmer.......do people realize often a milker claw falls off.....and drops into pure manure........and it is sucked up and go directly into the milker / tank !!!!! This is reality........it happens all the time. There is no such thing as " clean "milk. But.....I still drink the milk I produce. The human body adapts to bacteria. But.....someone thats never had raw milk could end up in the hospital !
@mr.skeptical307111 ай бұрын
I bet you money this guy would scrap that particular batch if that happened!!!!!!
@user-tc3ou6sy5f11 ай бұрын
@@mr.skeptical3071 No one will ever know ! Throw out a complete tank of milk because of a little manure ???? No chance ! Who would pay them for it ? No one ! Therefore..... yes it is about money ! This video is only a warm fuzzy video....but has very little to do with reality ! Besides... many dairy farmers dont even wash the cows teats before milking them. Why create mastitis by exposing the teats to outside bacteria ? Oh sure.....when people are watching we pretend and make things look proper. But I promise thats not the true story ! Also when a cow takes a pee or poop the manure still splashes up " into " the milker inflations. Thats the pure green stuff ! Cows dont pee and poop when in the stall / barn ? Please ! City folks have no clue !!!!! But still we dairy farmer produce some of the best milk products out there ! Pour the milk through a cloth ? To get the particles out ? At 2:32 Hmm what might those particles be ???? Besides they do make sanitary filters to strain the milk. These dish cloths are not sanitary !

I buy fresh Raw milk and boil, it bursts all the time. But in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, China does not happened. Instead it reduces in quantity depending upon how long you boil. Over there the cows are pastured raised and grass fed. Your help shall be highly appreciated.

* Something strange is about her.. The one carrying the infant in the back! Either she wants abuse or attention, she copies other peoples words…Majority of those ( people ) I already met , they speak 🗣 like that ( the couple-already knows ) (God made it very clear perhaps focusing on the family-you make ) and keep your distance, because not everyone is grateful! She kind of ticks people to abuse them, then she will say something “Beautiful” on purpose to leave something inside of someone without telling them! You can even see it in her chest! She needs help from far away from me and my family! She needs help.

I like the cold brewing ideai - however here our tap water is at 4'C so we need to heat the water anyways... so we heat about 20% of the water to 80'C to infuse our tea, then we blend with 4'C water so we have the erfect temperature to pitch our starter culture. good to see some other companies making good stuff !
