It’s really good to see some sites within travelling distance of us here in Somerset, a lot of those I follow are East Coast or up T’North. We stayed at Hunters Moon CAMC site last year and had the best fish and chips outside Whitby at The Silent Woman which is not far away. Keep up the good work.

Interesting video. Not sure Vikings ever got to Corfe 🤣. Kingston Lacy is one of our favourite National Trust properties and was owned by the same family as Corfe during the Civil War. Well worth a visit.

@LarainePowell - Thank you for your comment. We wanted to make the caravan more homely so went all out. The pictures stay up permanently. We used 'Command strips' to fix them up. They are great as when you remove them they don't damage the original surface. You can use different ones for different weights. We thought the same thing. A plowman’s without a pork pie, scotch egg and pickle, what is the world coming to?? 😂. We never got round to the kayaking due to the tide times not fitting in with our plans. Kayaking in the muddy river bed didn’t really appeal and looked like hard work.

The meater is great and makes sure we have perfect meat every time we cook, even on the bbq. It's well worth the investment. The lights are fine in the rain and have stood up well to the wind aswell. The solar charger is great and works really well.

Great video Tim. I actually have a Meater but never thought of using it in the caravan (Don't know why I didn't think of it!) I love your lights how do they hold up in the rain? I am always hesitant to put lights up outside but they look ideal!

Thanks, The set up has been a gradual growing project. Watching the Lodge guys van build has also made us by stuff to add to it also! I am sure we can convince Maxine to have a caravan stay! A few cocktails and she would be fine 😊

Tim, Rachel myself and the family have just got back from a week in Lyme Regis we have stayed at Newlands a couple of times in our caravan but a much better site is called Monkton Wylde about a mile further along it’s won many awards for the best site in Dorset. When you said you were walking the coastal path to Lyme Regis I must admit I thought you guys were mad so well done. Keep up the new vlogging I will subscribe and keep an eye on your adventures.. good luck 🤞
