this isn’t correct. You’re having the same issue I am. You’ve selected the canbus and it says on the information “disconnected” and then you couldn’t select the amp. Am I selecting the wrong canbus protocol and that’s why it says disconnected and doesn’t quite work right?

😅 I wish video creators would take the extra few seconds to add WHY they did video: so she example, what PURPOSE would viewers watch the video you invested time making and for this particular video based on the title describing an ACTION------ WHY would we remove the CANBUS wire? Guessing: What will he do with that wire once removed from the connector? The CANBUS wire was in the connector already, so what SCENARIO (another but if useful information the video creator could put in the description or title 😊) would one bother to remove it?

It's a universal system, repinning is for a different head unit. No doubt this video was linked directly to customers who needed it ;-)

I was trying to get through the rubber and I damaged the end of the cable. I decided to cut and run the wire because it was thinner, now I bought a new P2 power cable. Can I just cut it too and splice it to my old one? I saw that there are 3 wires.

Simply putting the wire in another slot like on here doesn't always work. You have to find that wire on your car harness and make sure that if and when it's connected it makes contact with the radios harness wire. Each car and radio is different, you'll have to find out for your car and like the two cables. I had the same thing with me audi, was a absolute nightmare. @@arifguran4924

Every stereo receiver ive had has a PINK wire labeled REVERSE for backup camera. Ive never seen 1 with brown; so saying NO to the pink wire is an incorrect answer. Some are Brown and some are Pink! Learn something new every day!

@@juansebastianmullerrueda9780 yo conecte todo sin cambiar los pines tal y como vino, y le di a la opción del cambus la primera de la marca del vehículo, busque la marca y todo al principio no me funcióno los mandos al volante, y al rato me funcióno después que apague el carro.
