Thank you for the vid! I just recently bought those exact bases to doll up my new space marines (and use the leftover 25mm's for my chaos cultists) so it's good to see specific examples. What's the best way to glue a painted mini to a painted base? I'm worried the plastic glue won't work through the paint, or mess up the paint close to the point of contact.

Hi man welcome!! a month ago I painted an army of dark angels and I used very little glue and I have not encountered this problem but If you want to be 100% sure, do a test first. In case you can try to magnetize the miniature to the base. if you use little glue I'm sure you won't encounter any problems, take your time. what are you painting?

Currently painting infernus marines from the Leviathan set. I've also got some goblin spider riders from Fantasy that I'll be putting (without their mounts) on 25mm bases and running as chaos cultists. Less interested in magnetizing infantry as I' prefer they stay in one piece. I've also considered marking a point of contact on the base and just painting around it. Maybe cover it with putty while I paint to make sure.

You may! I'm making a custom Blood Angels successor called the Dread Hunters. Bright green armor with an orange secondary. Not sure what the teriary will be. They live on a hive world, thus the bases. They're also heavily influenced by hive gang culture, so I'll be using Necromunda kits for scouts and some characters. That Escher chemthrower would look good as an infernus marine sergeant >.>
