Not true, this video was made in summer, when people are bathing and relaxing at the beach, because it is only 20 to 30 minutes away by train or car. Macerata, like many and other inland cities in the Marche region are very active in the evening and winter. During Thursdays, i.e., the festival for university students in this town, there is no walking! It is beautiful, but you have to choose the right time to visit, or you don't enjoy it!

The camera is on Westminster Bridge pointing west, it pans from buildings north of the river Thames to the south bank which by happy coincidence is known as The Southbank. En passant see the London Eye large ferris wheel which rotates continuously slowly. The elegant building at end of film is County Hall once the HQ of LCC London County Council a defunct local government entity replaced by the GLC Greater London Council. "My old man's a dustman" sang Lonnie Donegan - his Dad "lived in a Council flat" almost certainly owned by the LCC. Lonnie also records that his Dad wore "Gawd Blimey trousers" - I have no idea what that means, it's not cockney rhyming slang - Ĺondon is named after Lonnie or it might be the other way round- there's not a lot of people know that
