unfortunately we didn't keep a record of it, and we kind of just winged it. But i think there was a bike route that went all the way from estonia to poland if i remember correctly

So if I wanted to shoot 120fps for the entire video and have it ultra slow. What would be audio percent and the speed percent once footage is back in premiere

Depends on your target frame rate for the final render. If you're targeting 60fps it means you would need to speed up the music by 2x the original speed. If 30fps is your target and you're shooting at 120fps, then music needs to be sped up 4x original speed. I wouldn't really go more than 2x for lip sync purposes, but you can shoot any other footage in any slow motion you want, depending on how you want movements to sync to the music. What ever your target frame rate, you want the shooting frame rate to be in multiples of either 1.5, 2, 2.5 etc, but you want either .5 or .0 otherwise you run into things like drift in the sync and it takes alot of fiddling to adjust. You may also run into issues with 30 and 60fps since they typically shoot at 29.97 and 59.94 respectively instead of a stable whole frame. For a more cinematic quality, I would shoot at multiple of 24fps, so 48fps and 96fps would be ideal for slow motion. 120fps scaled back to 24fps would be 5 times slower than the original motion, which could work in certain instances.

Why 77? Is there any specific calculation formula to get the exact number?

Yeah there is -- So we initially sped it up to 130%, and the calculation for that is 100 * 1.3 = 130% then we need to slow it down by the same amount so we need to find what 130 * ? = 100 So to do that we take 100 and divide it by 130 = 77% In other words to make 130% speed go back to 100 (normal speed), we need to slow it down to 77%... hope that makes sense

So if you're shooting at 24fps, times it by 1.25x to get 30fps. Then you speed the track up by 1.25x, record at 30fps, and slow it down to 24fps in post. Or shoot in 48fps and speed up the track by 2.0x, then slow to 24fps. Etc
