Question. Is this not split phase 240 where the white is neutral? Normally (North America), "low voltage" (120 or 240) three phase would have 3 lines (black, red, blue + neutral(white) + ground (green or bare))? Please clarify. Leave the lawyers out of the room.

Worked with Todd Houston for over 20 years great guy. Reliance makes excellent products very dependable and second to none. I worked at the Kings Mountain motor plant on the test floor for 32 years. Tested every large AC and DC motors and Drives that they made. Peace DAG.
