Why are all these videos of blowing snow on level ground? My 800ft driveway has 60ft difference from the bottom to the top. You can not get up without 4 wheel drive.

Very, very old design, but seems to work well, like it always did!

It also helps that they have plenty of horsepower with that tractor.

@@williamdavidson9009 I think they came out about the same time as the Ford 9N, and 8N tractors, about 27hp I think, so they might have been designed for that hp range?

@@bebo5558 Yes they probably were designed for the N series Fords but with that big tractor it can blow any snow no trouble. I have an ARPS that didn't work very well behind a Kubota L2850 but works with my Oliver 550. I also extended the worn paddles and that made a big difference

@@williamdavidson9009 Yes, I agree hp seems to make everything work better, snowblowing, grass cutting, plowing. I've seen the mods for the paddle extensions and bolt on rubber scraper ends, they look like a big improvement!

Hello, and thanks for comment. Our snowblowers are designed for Scandinavian weather. Here normally snow is cleared when it has rained 3 to 15 cm (1-8 inches). Very heavy raining is so uncommon, we does not have any needs to use front mounted blowers. If some heavy rain came, we use V type plows in front of tractor to make a path and then widen it with snowblower. Regards Joonas Potkonen Wieska dealer Ilomantsi Finland

Hyvin näyttää toimivan hiljasessakin vauhdissa vaikka on märkää lunta.
