Remember this town is full of drugs, and violent crime, with poor campus security and very high police patrols at the actual winona state but none what so ever once you reach the dark neighborhood blocks that are not lighted at all a few blocks away from the college avoid if possible BEWARE

I went to college there. It's a small university in a small town. The neighborhoods surrounding the campus is pretty much all off campus student housing and very safe. The police never patrolled the campus itself and was always in the surrounding area. You completely full of shit.

I know of someone who busted into someones house with knives demanding money Jesus look at the fucking winona jail roster and warrant list and find out for your self.
