some of my considerations about filmora 14 and ai functionality . I am a user of wondershare filmora starting from version 10 previously I have always used edius 7.41 and until 2020 also davinci resolve , then with a version upgrade of davinci resolve in fact I could no longer use the video card in use the Nvidia Gtx 760 with 4gb in practice any editing operation the program would freeze with a disturbing full gpu, to my regret I had to abandon the program also because I could no longer reinstall the setup of the previous version. Taken by discouragement I began to document me on the internet of possible software alternatives, and all my attentions were directed to wondershare filmora 10 that struck me for lightness and ease of use . I tried the trial version for a half hour after which I did not think about it for a minute I decided to make my first purchase in the lifetime version. let's say that life version is a eufenism in that it is intended life version only of that version in that case the 10. in my opinion lifetime version should be understood as davinci resolve does you pay a lump sum and then you can take advantage of the various studio versions of the program that follow each other for life regardless of the version in use , and not like filmora that every change of release you have to upgrade with obvious outlay of money. i have to say that from release 10 of filmora to the present day with release 14 some really impressive progress and improvements have been made, also thanks to the introduction of some features related to artificial intelligence, really crazy almost sci-fi. let's say that thanks to these features the software allows you to achieve anything even the unthinkable, all with a workflouw that makes it unbeatable and in many ways superior to any other competing software you can make almost all the videos around except those that involve complex color in much less time than you would have made with competing sw, this thing can make the difference where the time savings is absolutely fundamental. the only aspect still lacking is color-related where da vinci resolve is still the undisputed leader, and it will take a long time to get close to him or even surpass him. on the other hand, filmora does not have a clear technical assistance and commercial policy up to the mark. for example i was told by some users of the program that with a specific annual plan one could take advantage of the credits related to the functions of artificial intelligence ai in an unlimited way , logically taken by enthusiasm i abandoned the lifetime plan and upgraded to the plan for unlimited ai credits. once i made the payment i realized that there was nothing unlimited, just more ai credits available monthly, so again a big oddity for some people they are and for others they are not, let's say there is a difference in treatment and conditions. if you try to contact support you don't get any response, let's say this is absolutely not nice. the big risk that the folks at filmora have to put in is to end up like pinnacle see the 90's where the plungins and effects were all paid , for a software that was aimed primarily at amateurs the hobbyists the video editing enthusiasts maybe with little economic availability, in fact these dastardly commercial policies led to an increasing abandonment of the use of such a program, effectively decreeing its end . I would be very sorry if the same thing could happen to filmora, I hope so much in this awareness by the commercial of filmora. for example there are some features ai of filmora 14 that make use of a large number of credits ai . that in fact does not make them remotely usable, because in the end the burden of recharging credits would become unaffordable to most , different matter for those who make commercial use with obvious economic returns . they could also evaluate a daily rechargeable and cumulative credit recharge mechanism. and then let's face it that with the advent of ai many features will become usable if they are not already through many tools that are already available for free. we would need to be good at interfacing through targeted scripts these programs with each other maybe who knows how even in iteration with filmora , so that we can circumvent all those features with ai credits within filmora obtainable through other software and mechanisms. I personally liked the keyframing menu in Filmora 13 and lower much better and easier to handle. I don't know why they had to change it. Been using that program daily for 4 years now but the keyframe changes really freaked me out! To be able to click on the X axis is something I'd probably never figured out myself. 😂 So really, you helped! Thank you.
