Hello, I have SC5000 and using SCView on Android to see the output, but the SCView now shows only a white blank screen upon opening? I can connect through laptop using MSSCV application and can login and see the camera, however the camera does not OK or NG automatically even when running continuously, nor does it show the image of the item being tested? What could be the issue when it was working fine before.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that. There are some possibilities that lead to that outcome, for example - tool result setting up, cable issue. Hi , woud like to know more about the differance of sc3000 series vs 5000 , and also what deep learning offers in the sc7000. .

Thanks for your comment. Main differences between SC3000 and SC5000 are 1. Resolution range (12MP/20MP) 2. SC5000 has larger memory and faster data transmittion. For SC7000P, deep learning tools available are Classification, OCR, Object detection and Exception detection.
