Definitely they won't go back. If anything they'll move forward and try new sounds. I don't get why some people wants a band to sound the same always, forever, without any evolution, especially when they are so young and talented. Personally I love everything from their new album and IMO Automatic Sun is their best and heaviest song so far (now I'm really intrigued to hear the rest of the album, in particular Sharks, Apologize and Consume).

Always going to have that handful of people who have nothing better to do than show up in every comment section to whinge if a band makes ANY changes to their sound, but those seldom are really fans who have followed them for any length, since literally EVERY album has had it's own unique sound and style. I don't know if you're really listening to the songs because I still appreciate heavy riffs and distortion in their songs. I agree that on this album they have played with the fusion of other genres, effects and different vocal styles. But just because something is or sounds pop doesn't make it intrinsically bad. I really appreciate that they continue to experiment a lot and not just repeat the formula. I bet we haven't seen their creative ceiling yet, they are so young and have a bright future!

Seems you don't know what rock is, because what the new Warning songs are, are definitely not pop at all. They are much much heavier sounding than they've ever played.

Typical immature fans throwing a hissy fit because TW made a few songs they dont approve of. There were the exact same comments when Error was released. People went over the edge when Choke came out. They were called sellouts, wannabe pop star, Bendeth ruined them, etc etc,. and somehow they got more popular. Same will happen with KMF. No one will miss the fans who drop off.
