At 22:51 the track kicks in as Skate / skate or Die... this band has no other sound as those in the credits... Does anyone know who they are... They sound so clean and rehearsed. The riffs are clean and the singer is composed... I've listened to (Sister RAY) spelt RAY not RAE (please confirm), Wailing wall (could be missing something here), Infrared (only one CD) and Incomplet Monday.... Sounds like they are the same band as 41:11 So, if someone can put a name to the band or track this would really be RAD!

I love this workout. How you do it all the time. I knew the intro by heart. Hi, my name's welcome to the 29 minute workout. Etc. That was almost thirty six years ago, and it is still the best work out I've ever done. I actually did it tonight watching it on KZbin. And I could only do half of it. And I didn't bounce or leave the floor really. I just kind of ran in place and moved my arms every which way. But I'll get there again. I wonder what happened to the people who were in this video. I did this workout so much. I know all the expressions on their faces every second. I mean my gosh, we had to stare at them for twenty nine minutes lol.

I've watched this vhs all through my teenage years. Just this year, at 42, I finally got to ride out west. Its a whole different skill set. Rewatching this video and the commentary at 11:30 I can finally relate to it now.

Boy has the game changed since this was released! Some of these tips are great, but several of them I would not do like that push out for the back cut bank on the 1 during the 9 ball section. The people at my local tournaments don't have much trouble on those.
