such a helpful video thank you! just a quick question did you use the stethoscope a lot during placement and if so what was it used for? thank you

Khadijah Aaminah I didn’t get a chance to use it as COVID-19 ruined most of my placement but I will definitely in my second year, but I would use it for blood pressure and listening to the fetal heart during the neonatal checks!

Hi! Its nice to see someone talk about things that I am generally passionate about such as running and midwifery! I am starting midwifery in Jan and like you have been running on/off for nearly 4 years since I had my daughter. Can you do a do a video about what its like to be a 1st year midwifery student. What was your first day at uni/ placement like? What does a student midwifes time table look like and any tips or advise. I am so excited but also a little nervous too! Thank you x

Of course I can do those videos, I was planning on doing a 1st year experience video about how the first year has been and how I feel about going into the second year so I will definitely get that filmed!
