Can anyone explain what the thumbnail photo is from? I've seen Pride and Glory many times (one of my top favorite movies) and although the scene where Angel Tezo is being tortured (with an object being shoved down his throat) is very graphic, not once does this movie show a scene where a guy is stabbed through the eye with a knife. So either the thumbnail is clickbait or the uploader of this video made a mistake.
