Hi Faliq, There is no need to apply this prior to Mapefloor I 320 SL Concept Application. It should be done on concrete that has <4% moisture content & flat. Apply Primer SN + quartz0.5 followed by Mapefloor I 320 SL Concept if the concrete is damp, then apply Triblock TMB followed by Primer SN + quartz 0.5 & Mapefloor I 320 SL Concept.
